Pegasus Theatre is pleased to announce that after reviewing feedback from the audience and Pegasus Veterans, the play Palais de Sang by Jake Mathis and Evan Ricks was selected our winner of Fresh Reads 2019. Congratulations!
The competition this year was fierce and included finalists Saturday Mornings by Tammy Venable and Romeo by Kevin Yancy. All three entries were impressive and received strong audience responses, helping to make our new play festival a resounding success.
To all our patrons who attended the festival and participated in this process, we thank you. Submissions for Fresh Reads 2020, which will take place in May, will be accepted beginning October 1, 2019.
